Hey ya'll, for college I created an animation as my final project for the year, check it out if you want:

So it's now 2015, I haven't done a journal in about a year (Havent really felt the need to) so hopefully I wont be too rusty at this. First, a look back on 2014: I think 2014 was a good year for me artistically, if not a little safe. I experimented with new techniques colouring and shading wise. I think i'm getting better overall as an artist but still a long way to go. I think I focussed on making higher quality (both figuratively and literally) drawings compared to my previous years.2014 in GENERAL was decent, half of it (up to around september) was a great time for me. So uh yeah, been almost 3 years since ive been uploading to DA. Here's my first pic if your interested: http://spizzlelep.deviantart.com/art/Sonic-183907672 But anyways, ive been quite busy for the past month or so, I started college and im doing a course on animation! Well, haven't properly started yet... for the past 4 weeks ive been doing this 4 week rotation which basically is 1 week i do art and design, the next i do animation, the next i do illustration and graphics and then the final week (which i am currently in) is photography. It's just to make sure that you have chosen the correct type of art and to get a taste of what it's like.
